First sign of sun....

When the sun was shining last week, Anthony decided it was time to have it be summer and get the pool out. We have been having so much rain this month, that it has not seemed like summer at all. So, while it was warm, we decided to get wet. The kids LOVE the pool. They have been in the water everyday since we put it out there; even the days it has rained.

They like to 'catch' fish and slide down the slide the best. They are so sad when they have to get out for the day too. They have already gotten quite the little tan bodies!

Jenna likes to do EVERYTHING that Anthony does!

2 months...

Lydia is 2 months old now. Crazy how time flies.

A princess or the night who saves her?

1st Smile...

Lydia smiled for the first time last week, in response to us ;). It was so adorable. She smiled at her Dad for her first smile, just like the other two kids. It is fun to get her to smile and coo at us! Time goes by too quickly!

Great Grandma Ruth...

We went and visited Grandma Ruth a few weeks ago and just got this picture off the camera! I love it. Grandma is so sweet and just loves the kids visiting! She has a huge posterity of wonderful people. I'm glad I got to have her as a Grandma too!

T-Ball...

'Tis the season for baseball. I really like baseball, but this just isn't it. This is what you call getting together to watch the ball ;). But the kids LOVE it! Anthony was so excited when we told him he got to play t-ball with kids his age.

I'm coaching Anthony's team and I have a very small team, but they love to play. The first day we had them run around the bases and shout out which base they were on. When they got to third and we told them to run home....Anthony stopped and said "I don't want to go home yet!" I couldn't stop laughing. It was the classic statement from preschoolers!

Memorial Day "camping"...

Our real camping trip didn't work out for Memorial Day so we had to have a day 'camping' trip. We went up to a family friend's property and fourwheeled, rode mules, shot guns, roasted marshmallows, got dirty and had a great time!

Jake made a dum-dum sucker holder out of 2x4 and lined suckers in it to see how many sharp shooters we had in the family. It was tough to hit those little suckers.

Lydia slept like this almost the whole time!!

Riding Paulie...

Grandpa Williams has all sorts of crazy animals. One week we got to ride behind a llama on a cart (forgot the camera) and the next the kids rode on a mule. Jenna can't get enough of her Grandpa's and loves animals, so she was in heaven. She seriously did not want to get off the mule...after Jake made her get on!

A trip to the zoo...

Anthony's friend Lanee had a birthday in May and we went to the zoo to celebrate. The kids had so much fun running around to all the animals. Jenna liked the penguins the best because they swam in the water and caught fish. We got to see them be feed. Anthony wanted to see the lions and the tigers. He really enjoyed the monkeys once we got there though. We had a great time!!
