Anyway, Saturday morning Anthony woke up to blue and green jellybeans in a trail outside his door. He was so excited that the Easter Bunny had come to his house. He followed it down to the couch and found his Easter basket. A bike helmet, bubbles, a coloring book and a little candy. He was so excited he kept running up the stairs to tell us what he had gotten each time he discovered something new. As soon as the door cracked open to signal Jenna was awake, he ran upstairs and told her to follow the pink and purple jellybeans :). She was so excited to see her basket too! Gotta love having kids. The Easter bunny didn't take a picture on my camera before the kids found the baskets...:(...

After they found their baskets, we asked them if they wanted to still go find Easter eggs at the park even though it was snowy, blowing and FREEZING outside. They both said they did so we got the snow clothes out and off we went. We left Lydia at a neighbors house because it was just too cold to take her out. The Ucon Fire Department puts on the hunt each year and this year they just put the eggs in baskets, had us line up and shoveled eggs into each child's basket. Each year they have a bunch of prizes and my kids actually got prize eggs this year. Jenna got a bathroom bundle of soap, toothpaste, brush that kind of stuff. Anthony got a cute little tractor and they both got bubbles. Even though it was freezing it was kind of fun. The kids got a ton of candy and WAY more Easter eggs than they ever would have picking them off the ground. Gotta love Spring in Idaho!
Can't wait for Easter next year!!
