I am not sure where the month of June went, but here we are in July and I'll try to play catch-up on the blog!
Owen celebrated his 1st birthday on June 1st! He decided that he wanted to be a walker that day too...he has been going ever since. I decided I was tired of the same old cake and ice cream that we have at every birthday party, so I got Owen a traditional cupcake that he could make a mess of and made an ice-cream sandwich cake and an Oreo pudding cake. Both turned out wonderful! We had lots of friends and family over to celebrate having this cute little boy in our lives! He really is a joy to have in our family and we were happy to be able to celebrate him!
