Wrestling, swimming and sleeping in the bathroom!

This past weekend was quite the adventure. Jake's little brother (well younger..he is quite a bit bigger) went to the state tournament for wrestling. It being his last year and Jake and Anthony loving wrestling so much we packed up the truck and left for Boise (4 and 1/2 hours away). This is a huge thing for our children....they hate the truck. I packed lots of things for Anthony to do, got Jenna to take a bottle and we settled in for the ride. We made it over there without incident and even in time for the first wrestling match. Jon did so well throughout the whole tournament. He took 3rd place in the whole state for 4A. He was amazing. Anthony had such a great time cheering Jon on and when he won was just as excited as the rest of us. He keeps telling us that when he is bigger he will wrestle, take them down and pin them. Jake really hopes this will stick. Another fun adventure for Anthony was the hotel swimming pool. He would jump off the side of the pool and 'swim' to his dad. He has a great time and we loved it becuase it wore him out enough to go straight to sleep. We only had one hotel room and the first night didn't go so well with all four of us sleeping in the same room, so Anthony got his own little personal room.....the bathroom :). We took his little couch he got for his b-day and put it in there. He slept great and the rest of us slept better too!!

This picture is from districts on Valentines Day.

Jenna is rolling all over the floor now. the minute I put her down she starts rolling to the next thing. She LOVES to eat and will eat just about any baby food she can get her hands on. Anthony always wants to try it to and tries to convince us and himself that he likes it :). We aren't convinced. Jenna is now taking a bottle...we are on our way to weaning. She takes it like a champ. I was worried because she had never had one before, but what can I say...she loves to eat. She and Anthony are really starting to interact and 'play' together. it is so fun to have them both in the family.

I just love this picture....oh the joys of what is to come!!

We went to Riverside Boot and Saddle during a break and checked out the cowboy stuff.
